Our company undertook enameling line for Program Metal Products (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd which is completed test in December 2009. Since putting into production from February 2010, it’s being operated for 24 hours everyday smoothly now.
This enameling project has the following five characteristics: firstly, it can pass big workpiece which size is （L）3000mm ×（W）600mm ×（H）1800mm; Secondly, it heats up fast, and it only needs 90min heating up from normal temperature to 860℃; Thirdly, the temperature’s difference is small inside, and there is no chromatic aberration in color; Fourthly, the electric controlled system adopts PLC and touch screen, so operate it conveniently and accurately. Fifthly, it has exquisite appearance and visiting preservation.
Meanwhile, our company’s another enameling project for Zhenjiang Sunboat Enameling Co., Ltd is being now constructed tensely. And we estimate it’ll put into production in the begaining of August 2010.
