As plastic(products) is particular, painting ways for them except industry common use brush painting, roller painting, curtain painting, soak painting, air spray painting, high pressure air-free painting, plastic industry also adopts following special painting ways.

    ①Cylinder painting. Putting simple shape plastic toys, daily uses and paint into round, hexagon, octagon etc cylinder, rotating together some time (general speaking several minute to dozens of minutes) to make plastic surface completely soak then use silk screen to take it out and firing them. Paint’s viscosity need be small and be controlled to 4 cup 16-20s. According to cylinder’s diameter, rotate speed is usually 20-40r/min; if too fast, plastics will be thrown to the wall then it lacks self rolling movement; if too slow; it is hard for plastics rolling and this will cause uneven painting.

    ②Silk-screen printing. Usually it is used for trademark printing; for plastic thin film, it adopts high speed roller printing method.

    ③Electrostatic spraying. Take grounding plastics which will be painted as positive pole and paint nozzle as negative pole and inflict negative voltage; atomized paint electronegative drip will fly to positive pole plastics to proceed painting. As plastics can easily generate electrostatic so firstly it must be eliminated before normal painting; usually using corona discharge type static eliminator which can generate charge opposite to plastics surface finally neutralize the uneven charge caused by friction. Second, using conductive agent to do soaking, spraying, sprinkling etc. conductive treatment to plastics surface; reduce surface electric resistance to make plastics surface resistance ＜108Ω/cm. Paint’s  resistance also need be controlled less than 107Ω.
