My company acts as a contractor for Italy Ferroli company water heater tank full set of enameling line project,when we recevied the payment payment of on 1st March, 2012.
The Ferroli group was established in 1955, Italy. Ferroli has a good reputation of force the creation of the world¡¯s hot value bank, focused on heat energy field. Ferroli is the biggest foreign invested enterprise on heat energy and investment amount exceeds 7200 USD in China. Main heat energy products are: condensation and conventional wall-hang boiler, boiler, solar thermal collector, radiation, steel boiler and so on.
Due to water heater orders increase in recent years(especially large-capacity water heater) and original Ferroli production line can not meet the demand. The full set equipments of tank enameling line including: pre-treatment and de-watering device of tank, tank automatic enamel coating and enamel coating drying plant, tank enameling gas radiation tube firing enamel furnace equipments. The production line is use for 500L water heater tank manufacturing, the maximum size of water tank is ¦µ750¡ÁH2000mm; radiation tube heating enamel furnace, radiation tube material and radiation heating burner (nozzle) are exports from Europe and America. This project is expected to put into production at the end of June.
